No the woman in this video is completely right. Obama's pandering to the center-right is completely inexcusable, esp. with regard to FISA.

FISA = Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act
So when did American's become foreigners? And why would Obama have to vote to make sure the government had judicial oversight when the constitution already has that. "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." 4th Amendment.
